Recently, the first electric aluminum fluoride feeding vehicle independently developed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Jingwei Technology was successfully put into use at an aluminum smelting workshop. The equipment completed commissioning and trial operation in one go, and all performance indicators met the working condition requirements of the smelting workshop, marking that Jingwei Technology’s aluminum fluoride feeding vehicle has officially entered the pure-electric green era and adding another hard-core piece of equipment to the low-carbon transformation of the aluminum smelting industry.

Electrolytic aluminum workshops have strong magnetic fields and heavy dust. Traditional diesel-powered aluminum fluoride feeding vehicles have pain points such as exhaust emissions, high noise and high operation and maintenance costs. Relying on more than twenty years of R&D experience in special vehicles for aluminum smelting industry, Jingwei Technology carried out dedicated research on the complex working conditions of smelting workshops and developed a low-carbon electric aluminum fluoride feeding vehicle.

Equipped with an intelligent screw conveying system, it achieves precise metered feeding and reduces aluminum fluoride material losses; it independently completes the aluminum fluoride feeding operation for electrolytic cells, freeing up the capacity of the multi-functional overhead crane, optimizing workshop production scheduling and reducing workers’ labor intensity.

All operations can be completed from the single-operator cab, which is equipped with multiple safety interlock protections; the compact body and optimized wheel load design adapt to the narrow aisles of electrolysis workshops, providing agile and flexible operation.
